It removed all knee pain.
Had to buy again after 6 months because the 850nm lights stopped working. I used it daily for 25 minutes. Maybe I treated it to cavalierly and should be more careful how I store it. Since it obviously works, it’s worth a second chance before abandoning it for a different manufacturer. BTW, I discovered if you use it too often, its effectiveness is reduced. Once a day is sufficient.My knee was painful all the time and preventing my playing pickleball. The shots from the doctor were not helping the pain any more. Using this twice a day, after a week I was playing with no knee brace. Now, months later, I can play 3 hours of pickleball and have zero pain. I have no idea how or why it works but I am a believer.

Worth the price and helps a lot!!!
I got this pad bcuz of my back problem I got after a car accident and it has been very helpful super light, I can adjust the heat level which makes it great is almost like the warm towel u get in the back when going to the chiropractor . It helps me a lot with my pain relief and the best of all I can put it around my neck and works super efficient. I mostly use it after shower at night and get to relax in bed it feels comfortable.

It’s not what I was looking for exactly but soon nice enough. The pictures do not depict the power supply cord but I didn’t read well enough to know it must be plugged in to work. I also thought it was a full circumference but it’s just front half. Not the most convenient for back half use.

Connecter to pad trouble.
Just purchased 2 of these and took delivery next morning . I was not impressed initially, as it seemed the connector to the pad didn’t snap into place although it turned on. Afer some frustration we found we just had to push with greater force. Once it was fully seated, experience was mush better.Hopefully, we get good results after a few weeks!

The cable that had to connect the pad didn’t work. I ordered the same item twice hoping that only one or them had issues, but none of them worked. One of them didn’t work at all and the other one, I had to keep twisting the cable and hold it in a specific angle for it to stay on.
