Seems totally accurate! Not what I hoped for.
Sizing is accurate. Connectivity is pretty easy. I’m leaving a review just so you guys know this is not like the aura ring. It does not alert you with anything short it’s free, but it doesn’t tell you anything without you having to go into the app to find out. I am a little letdown that it doesn’t tell me things like I had hoped, for. I am going to be returning it and just purchasing the original ring for the benefits of letting me know when I am getting sick or get stressed out or letting me know when my body detects some thing. That does not have these things you have to look for it through the app. That’s the only problem I find with it.

Smart ring to monitor your health
I’d been wanting to try one of these smart rings for a while, especially since I was diagnosed with high blood pressure about three months ago and wanted something to help me monitor my blood pressure, heart rate, sleep, and all that throughout the day.With this ring, I’ve felt a bit more at ease because I can easily see that data, and it’s quite comfortable to wear, even in the water, since it’s waterproof. I’ve been using it for a few days and so far it meets my expectations. The size is perfect for my fingers.It’s not super precise like medical equipment, but it’s fine for basic monitoring and does the job. It’s good for the price.

I’ve been wearing this health ring since I received it. I have the blood pressure problem. In the past time, I had to use the blood pressure meter to measure my blood pressure. I compare the meter with this ring. Systolic (top number) is close between both. The ring has a little bit lower diastolic (bottom number) than the meter. But it is not the big deal. This health smart ring is convenient to measure at any where and any time. I am happy to wear it 24 hours a day and don’t need to use the blood pressure meter any more.
