I had never heard of MetpharmUSA, but took a chance on ordering this Brain & Focus supplement, since it appears to be made in the US. They do have a US address and the store does focus solely on supplements, though they have just a few, and there is no real way to contact them (their website says to give your info and they will contact you). They have a website, but it seems all focused on Amazon products. So I honestly can’t say whether the company is trustworthy or not. I had thought that all supplements had to have valid third party certificates, but I’m not able to find any evidence of that on any of the pages associated with this product. For these reasons I almost didn’t take them when they arrived.I did try them, however, and found that they did me no harm. That said, I can’t vouch for any effectiveness either. I didn’t see any noticeable improvements in focus or brain power. So I’m not sure they’re worth taking, for me anyway.The package was well sealed, the capsules were intact, they seemed fresh enough, and being capsules they were inherently easy to swallow (as opposed to tablets, which are nearly impossible for me to swallow). The value is okay (currently they’re selling at $12.99 for a one-month supply), provided that they work for you. I personally didn’t see enough improvement to bother continuing with them.

In writing an Amazon review, the first thing to answer is, ”What should other customers know”about this product. In answering that question, I wanted to know what is in this product and what it does for me and you. Here are the ingredients that are in this product and what they are supposed to do according to an internet search:1. Nootropic Super Complex Supplement. This is a dietary supplement combining various ingredients designed to support cognitive functions such as memory, focus, and mental clarity.2. L-Glutamine. As a precursor to the neurotransmitters glutamate and GABA, glutamine plays a role in brain function. It can pass the blood-brain barrier and is thought to support mental alertness and a calm mood.3. Choline Bitartrate. Supports memory, cognitive function, and neurotransmitter production.4. Phosphatidylserine. This is a phospholipid, a type of fat molecule that is a key component of cell membranes, which may help enhance memory, focus, attention, and may protect brain cells from damage and promote brain repair.5. Ginkgo Biloba. It is thought to improve blood flow and potentially memory and circulation.It is made here in the USA and “may improve short term and long term memory, for men and women, young and old.”FINAL THOUGHTSSo how do you compare your memory before you take these brain and focus pills versus after? All the ingredients point to helping with brain function and focus. Is there a bit of a placebo effect that is telling you that you are doing better? I can only speak from personal experience that from time to time, I can’t remember a name or a movie title that I saw numerous times. This product is labeled brain boost and focus, not necessarily a memory enhancer. Will I be able tomeasure focus on any given level? I think the bottom line is how it makes you feel about your brain’s aging process. I think it is helping, so I am giving it five stars. I don’t think it is hurting in anyway.
