I’m very pleased with this smart ring, it’s comfortable, accurate, and offers great value with no subscription fees, which is a very good advantage. The sleep tracking, heart rate, blood oxygen, steps, and calorie measurements have all been good, and the vibration alerts and the waterproof rating make it easy to wear anywhere without worry. The battery good, and the app works smoothly my cellphone. I’ve been using mine for a while with great results, and it works so well that I ended up buying a second one for my mom because she liked mine.

She almost returned it
She is going to keep it though – AFTER we figured out how to get the instructions from a video because everything was in Chinese, incomplete, or site not found via QR (seriously??).Then there was the two charging cables issue and whether or not both needed to be used, and, if not, which to keep. Now add to that the one had a USB A connector with a proprietary end and the other a USB C and that did it! There is little patience to be had with poor design a non-existent technical user guide.Had there not been a video made by a buyer, this ring would have been returned the same day the wife opened it. It gets one star because she seriously doubts that a company that puts so little effort in instructions will also produce a long lasting product. However, it will serve as an experiment before deciding on the more expensive ring.

I’m still reviewing this ring. I had to get a replacement because the first ring stopped working (wouldn’t charge or record). The ring, I believe, indicates that it is water resistance. I don’t believe it. Now I take it off any time I know that the ring might get wet. I ordered a proper ring sizing device on Amazon. Crucial to get the right size. I wear it on my right ring finger. It works fine there. The app is easy to install and interesting to read. As far as the charge is concerned, it is easy to charge but the charge hold is about 48 hours maximum. I charge it daily when it reaches around 50%.

I really like this smart ring. It’s lightweight and comfortable. I bought it because I wanted to track my sleep but don’t like to wear my watch 24/7. Besides tracking sleep, it tracks my heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygenation and daily activity. Unlike my smart watch, the battery lasts a long time and charges quickly. The app is easy to use.
