Accupressure at home
Love, love, love ! I tried a similar one on a recent trip and wanted one that wasn’t too expensive. Helps me loosen back tension – love that it comes with the pillow and carrying bag. It’s best to wear a shirt, otherwise it would hurt and the pillow works for my sore neck. Great product and affordable- soft cushion on the mat so easy to roll up and place in bag!

Excellent Value
This is my first experience with an acupressure mat, so I can’t really compare to other more expensive products. What I will say is that this has been a game changer for me! Such a unique way to help relieve tension.The quality of the mat itself seems solid to me – plenty of spikes which are quite sharp. The material feels durable and well put together, and the pillow is a good size. The storage bag is a thinner/cheap material, but that’s more of just a bonus product rather than the product itself – and it does do the job, just wouldn’t be able to take a beating.Overall, for the price and quality, I can’t recommend enough!

Have tried the original shakti mat and this is very similar although the plastic pads do seem a bit sharper than the original. Value for money

Torture device sent from Heaven
I was skeptical about purchasing, but after reading what seemed like a million reviews, I figured I’d give it a shot, especially since this product was priced much cheaper than similar items I’ve seen online.I’ve used this mat every single day since I’ve received it! You’d never think tiny little plastic spikes could bring so much relief to back and neck pain/tension. When you first lay on it, it is a bit painful, but then you can feel yourself melt into the mat. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

Great product!
Love this on my bare feet and even with socks. The ‘buttons’ are not too secure, though. At least 3 have popped off and will need to be re-sewn.
