Works as advertised
This product works fairly well. It’s not incredibly stiff down the back so if you need something with robust support, this one may not be for you. In my case, I just needed something to remind me to stand upright while on my feet all day. It gives me enough resistance to throughout the day to do just that.I’m just over 6ft. tall, weight about 180. I first bout the large size but it was a little too small a fit. I bought the extra large and returned the first one with no problems. Refund was quick. It’s a good product at a fair price. I wear it daily and it seems to be helping.

This product will work as described.
I ordered the back brace a little large, but I tried it on for fit and to see if it would work as described. I’m convinced the back brace is an excellent product. I re-ordered the same product in a smaller size. I need to wear it to work for back support and posture correction. I recommend this product for anyone who needs the same. Johnnie

This had Good Size Information
I purchased a support and posture brace a while back and it was hard to get the size and order right. That product ended up being too small. So after much more research and finding the helpful description and size chart of this product, I purchased it. The size is perfect, exactly what I was hoping for. It is comfortable and easy to put on. I usually wear it between an outer shirt and under shirt. The brace itself doesn’t cause pain or discomfort, but I can tell after wearing for a while, by back is slightly sore as it would be since my posture is being corrected over time. I expect this to get better and better over time to more I wear.I just have to remember to put it on daily, but it’s been very helpful and sitting me up straight at my desk and I can’t be happy enough about the availably larger sizes. Again, great descriptions, so helpful in choosing the right one. Do your research, understand the measurements, and you’ll probably order the right size.

At $8, the saying you get what you pay for never has been more true. If it works it works, if not I guess next time I get a better one. Product is quite flimsy and looks cheesy, comes with no instructions how to use it, I guess you have to use your imagination. The waist part is easier to figure out, the shoulder part not so.
