don’t buy it , and save your money
do not buy it because it is a sham , and Amazon will not return it , I am size 44 and they claim it fitd size 49 but it is a lie , again do not waste your money and buy it

Poor velcro, but otherwise useful
Belt works nice with nice feature. Can’t turn heat up too high or it burns. Velcro for LED pad is poor. I had to get separate Velcro strips to apply the pad.

Short life span (3 months)
While it was working this belt provided great relief. However, after 2.5 months it simply quit working. It still heats but compression and vibrate don’t work at all. I have purchased 4 belts in the past year and they all quit vibrating at around 3 to 4 months. This product lasted the least amount of time despite costing twice as much as the others.

Habe lange nach einem stabilen Rückengurt gesucht … und endlich gefunden!Größenangabe vom Hersteller sind korrekt! Durch die beiden zusätzlichen verstellbaren Gurte wird die Bandage sehr stabil! Perfekt das einige der Streben herausnehmbar sind (kann dadurch zusätzlich nochmal individuell eingestellt werden) und die Bandage gewaschen werden kann! Meist rutschen Bandagen bei Bewegungen an unmögliche Stellen, diese rutscht auch etwas, aber sie bleibt trotzdem im Bereich der LWS!Ich bin nicht schmerzfrei, aber habe mehr Stabilität in der LWS – ich bin begeistert! Eine weitere Bestellung folgt!

Does what it says it will. This is a long brace, both back AND front. Many others are quite short at the front, and so dig in and roll up or down. This one holds your tummy firm as as well, and so provides strong support to the back. I only needed to use it for a couple of days, and it very significantly relieved my lower back pain. Since my pain is a recurring, er, pain… I will be very happy to use this brace next time I get the pain. Recommended.
