Must get!
I’ve done a lot of research on red light therapy mats, and this one is truly great. It’s high quality, durable, and versatile—you can use it almost anywhere, which makes it easy to fit into your daily routine. The design is well thought out, and it provides consistent, even coverage, so you feel the full benefits. I’ve noticed improvements in recovery, soreness, and overall wellness since using it. Definitely worth the investment if you’re looking for an effective, convenient red light therapy option.

Incredibly decent sized! 4 modes, 3 strengths, heats up, strap…
This is large enough to cover my torso, from top of butt to right behind neck!! I’m tall, so that says a lot… Very nice it’s not handkerchief sized or something. 😂 Only gripe i have is my fatness doesn’t allow more for a full around-the-torso wrap but that’s a me problem, not a product problem. The funny thing about that, though, is that it’s so wide that it pushed up E uncomfortably underneath the boobs to be seated with it wrapped around the torso, haha! Not comfort table in THAT position without leaning back, but it definitely is a good thing the width isn’t on the narrow side, just as it isn’t on the short side, either! So many applications with this largeness, especially as it’s also flexible that I can wrap it around my feet or knees, too. I did try wrap it around my head as experiment, but that was really awkward LOL (do not have it exposed to face without appropriate eye protection!!)Love that I can choose strength, and between the 4 modes (red, NIR, dual red/NIR, flashing red/NIR). So far, it’s doing what it’s doing… Even had my period and it soothed the cramps within minutes. That’s not why i got it, though. I got it for mitrochondrial support benefits because Lyme does major destruction and now I’m realizing it’s all mitrochondrial near-failure with fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue, migraines as Lyme aftermath. Been using it twice a day, alternating between front and back. It was suggested flashing mode to kind of not be so intense on the mitrochondria, but now I’m trying out just straight NIR mode, as twice a day with the flashing at full strength seems to be tolerated well. Hopefully it’ll last me a long while.Yes, it does get warm (no that can’t be turned off, but you can adjust the overall strength) and yes, skin contact is best. What’s the point of using it if your clothing is going to block it? Duh. 😂 Oh, and btw… No, you WON’T see the NIR; it doesn’t mean it isn’t working but that wavelength of NIR *isn’t* visible.

The company made this right and the pad is great!
Edit: The first pad died in about 2 months. I presume it was defective. The company reached out to me and offered a replacement for free. It arrived in just a few days, and this new one has done wonders!! Its a great heating pad, the red light probably has great benefits, and its very large for a red light pad. I would recommend the company for sure!Original review: It worked well while it worked, It got nice and hot. Nothing changed but it suddenly won’t turn on anymore. The two buttons on the front will light up and activate, but the pad itself doesn’t work, the red lights won’t turn on. I asked but Amazon said no returns or refunds.

Love infrared!!
Generally this is a great pad. Not sure why but first time I used it, it burned my back and left blisters. But since then, it has cooled down a bit. I use infrared alot for healing and this was a good addition to my collection. It’s a good size to cover large areas. I don’t love the plastic shield but have gotten used to it.

Great Product Amazing Customer Service
I ordered this in February 2024, and have used it nearly daily for over a year. It’s been great for back pain, shoulder pain, and I ever use it over my scalp for hair growth. It has been a tremendous help for me. Recently, about 14 months after purchase, about 2/3 of the lights went out. I contacted the company directly about it, they asked for a picture and the order number, and without hesitation they asked for my address to send me a new one, which I received in about 3 days. Their customer service is absolutely amazing, and I will be buying more from this company.

Sweat inside!?
*Update #2, I received a (new) pad today. However, it is not new. It is clearly used. Likely a return from someone else. The box is tore up and the pad inside has animal hair and skin flakes on it. So utterly gross! At this point I just want a refund and I will gladly return both of these. The one with sweat inside and the one I just got today that is soiled with hair and skin flakes. *Update: The Seller reached out to me from my review and really wanted to make this right. They are sending me a new one. I have changed my review to 3 stars for their outstanding service. I will update again after using the pad for a few weeks to see if moisture builds in the new one.* Original review—>Moisture (sweat?) has accumulated inside! I have not misused this pad. Literally all I’ve done is lay there with the pad on my abdomen and it appears that sweat has somehow penetrated to the inside of the pad and is now producing a musty moldy smell. This was not a cheap purchase so I’m pretty upset that after 3 months of light use, it is in this condition. And of course the return window has lapsed. I am going to attempt to contact the company to find out if this can be remedied. If so I will update this review.
