Useless
Useless. Uncomfortable. Straps dig into me and does not prevent slouching at all.

Gradually build up wearing time!
It does the job well and is a great price. Be aware that, after a while, the straps may become uncomfortable where they wrap under the arms. It’s good for about an hour plus or minus. However, as you continue to wear it, it can irritate those points. In that sense, it effectively prompts you to maintain proper posture. It’s just not ideal for long periods until you get used to it.My first time, I wore it for six hours to an event and had no easy way to take it off and store it. My back and shoulders got unexpected workouts that day.

Straps need something to keep them from falling out of the tracks.
I couldn’t get it on. It wasn’t necessarily too small, but I don’t quite have full range of motion in my shoulders so every time I tried to put it on one of the straps would fall out of the track on the back, and then because the tracks sit on the very middle of my back I couldn’t get a good reach while I had it on to rethread the strap through the track. The straps are plenty stretchy enough that it would have stretched for me to get it on if the straps didn’t come out of the track so easily. My range of motion is only slightly limited so I only needed the straps to hang on just a tiny bit to make it work, but they just fall out of the track way too easily. After several attempts I just had to send it back.

Great for injured backs!
I have terrible posture due to back pain. This posture corrector helps my muscles adjust to good posture without the pain as it supports my body in a way that does not hurt. The more I wear it, the more my back has improved.

This item is impossible to put on. The straps will not stay in the strap holders, and it cannot be used. Don’t waste your money
