Pretty and works great
I’ve had this for about two weeks and I love it. Works well, shows me what I need to know and the app is easy to navigate. I wear it every day and it so far still looks great, no scratches or dullness even though I am definitely not easy on it. It seems pretty true to size too, I ordered a 7 and it fits on my right wing finger which was where I had intended for it to fit. Came with a cute little sizer though, I guess in case it didn’t fit. I got it so I do not have to wear my bulky Apple Watch to sleep in but at first I did so that I could compare sleep scores and they were relatively the same or close enough.

I’ve been wearing the COLMI R02 Smart Ring for a bit now, and honestly, it does everything it’s supposed to. Heart rate? Check. Blood oxygen? Check. Sleep tracking? Check. Sports tracking? Yep. And it all comes in this really pretty rose gold design that actually looks like jewelry, which is a huge win for me.Full honesty moment: if you’re sensitive to fake jewelry, this might not be your jam—I learned that the hard way. Totally my fault for not thinking it through! But besides that, everything else is perfect. I also love that there’s no subscription needed, unlike other smart rings, so you get all the features right out of the box.All in all, it’s stylish, functional, and really easy to use. Just make sure your fingers can handle the bling!

Disappointed and too late to return
So upset! I ordered this with high hopes. ESP since it’s so heavily advertised on socials. I thought I’d save money and get a great product.. not so much. Beautiful, fits well and It works great during the day. Heart rate, steps (not 100% accurate), HRV, blood oxygen, but the sleep has messed up. Week 2 the sleep monitoring started to show that it is unreliable. It will skip an entire 1-2 hours or only start to record at midnight.. I don’t know what happened or why it does this. When it actually picks everything up at night, it gives good insight. But I am really upset it doesn’t work, I really wanted this for sleep! Should have just spent the $200 on the name brand. Too late to return now.

So far I have been using it for a few weeks. I like a lot of the features and the battery last a long time. The only thing that I don’t like is that , it doesn’t track my naps. I took a very long nap while wearing the ring and it didn’t track it. The app is so easy to use and the ring has been comfy.
