Very good product.
I really enjoy using this belt—it’s relaxing and convenient. The heat combined with red and infrared light helps reduce stiffness and improves circulation. Relaxing, but the cord limits it
This red light belt is pretty easy to use and the warmth feels nice on the lower back. The controls are simple, and I like that it has multiple intensity levels and a timer. It’s lightweight enough to wear while sitting at a desk or relaxing on the couch.The main downside is that it has to stay plugged in while using it. I thought it would be more portable, but the cord is pretty short, so you either need to sit close to an outlet or use an extension cord/power bank. That makes it less convenient than I expected.The heat is gentle, not super hot, which could be good or bad depending on what you want. I wouldn’t call it a miracle pain relief device, but it does feel soothing after a long day.Overall, decent if you mainly plan to use it near an outlet. If you want something cordless or easier to move around with, I’d look for a rechargeable version.

Not convenient
I was under the assumption that it could be charged and then used without a cord. That is not the case. It has to be plugged in while using it. And the cord is very short so I had to put a chair next to the wall for it to be plugged in, not convenient at all. I would have spent more money on one that could be used without a cord.
