STRESS REDUCTION. Although many people find this is a useful stand-alone device for relief of ongoing general muscle aches and pains, it appears to work best for relief of common or simple myofascial pain, and can be helpful in alleviating post-exercise muscular soreness or postural related pain phenomena.
GENERAL PAIN RELIEF. Soreness in the neck or back are the most standard indications for use. However as you spend time with the mat and roll, you may find other indications or issues to which they apply, such as hamstring or thigh pain or plantar fascia (sole of foot) pain. MADE FROM HIGH QUALITY MATERIALS. The base mat has 20 rows of circular plastic spoked discs. Each disc has an outer concentric circle of 12 spokes, with the middle circle of nine spokes, followed by an inner circle of six smaller spokes. The roll has seven rows of 11 spoked discs in the same build.
