Wow! It is wonderful and works for lower back pain and more!
Wow! This helped my lower back! The heat and massage and light are wonderful! It definitely helps reduce lower back pain (sacral and bulging discs and muscle pain and more). I also put it on my hip and it worked too. The battery life is great too. It functions very well and is very portable. It does not make too much noise either. Value for the money is wonderful. I have more expensive devices for my lower back and I now use this one instead now. Recommend it!

The belt relieves back pain
The belt from Bob and Brad has reduced my lumbar back pain. I can wear it when I am doing physical work, or I can wear it when I am sitting. It has 3 functions: heat, vibration and infrared LED light. I mainly use the vibration and the infrared light. There are 4 levels of each mode. It stays on for about 15 minutes, and then I restart it for another 15 minutes. The vibration greatly reduces my back pain. The control panel is in the front so it is easy to access. The belt recharges quickly using my phone charger. This belt has helped me tremendously. I use it when sitting but I also use it when mowing the lawn, cleaning and doing other physical work.

This heating belt massager from Bob and Brad is amazing! It is easy to use and it fits well. It charges up very quickly – not anywhere near the 4 hours mentioned in the manual. I use a fast charge block so that might help. The run time is also very long. I can use it all week before I have to charge it again. I set the heat on the lowest temp because that’s sufficient. My lower back feels so much better after I use this. I’m really happy with it and the quality is better than I expected.

Very nice product to assist with lower back support and comfort
I love this product! I saw this on their video and since I work at a computer all day, I was looking for some relief. This belt has heat, a nice lumbar massage function, and the red light therapy all in one place and it is comfortable. This has brought my some much valued relief. I am very happy with my purchase, I am using it often, the lumbar massage is so nice even if I do not have back pain at the time, so I feel better overall. It recharges easily with the provided charger cord and the charge lasts well, I never run it out before charging again. I am very happy with my purchase. It arrived quickly, as advertised and I would work with this seller again – and I will should I ever want to purchase an additional one.

Bad Battery on Heating Pad but Bob and Brad Company Replaced It!
Battery broke after a single charge! I bought this just a month and a half ago to help with my sciatica. After using it twice the battery was empty. So I went to recharge it. I kept it plugged in overnight. When I checked it, the battery indicated it was still charging. I let it charge for another day, and the next day it was still uncharged. The battery clearly was bad. Unfortunately, it was too late for me to return it. When I bought the Bob and Brad unit, I also bought another much cheaper unit from a different brand. That unit still works fine, and the its battery works fine. I deeply regret ever buying the Bob and Brad Heating Pad. If I could give it no stars, I would.UPDATE: After posting this review (above), the Bob and Brad team contacted me (through an Amazon email) and offered to either refund my money or replace the broken heating pad with a new one, even though it was past the Amazon deadline for returns or refunds. I agreed to accept a replacement, and the new one arrived within 3 days. It works great and is such a great help for my sciatica pain! It is so amazing and wonderful to deal with a company that is willing to stand behind their product and was actually willing to go above and beyond what they were required to do. Thank you, Bob and Brad! I’m glad now that I dealt with your company!

Quality Above Quality
OK, I was really hesitate to buy a product that promised so much to their customers. The ThermoRed heating pad is really nun remarkable. I can do my housework or dishes or even make dinner with being able to wear it while walking around. It’s like having your heating pad on but it’s not plugged in. The heat on this heating pad goes from 40-55c and it heats up fast and feels great! The levelwith massages has different levels. I like level 4. The Red light therapy is actually really good it feels so good! I wear my belt 2x a day morning and evening. I can tell you that I was very skeptical if this belt was even gonna work. You can even actually wear it in the car you can’t wear your heating pad at home like you can with ThermoRed heating pad riding in your car. I’ll give an update in 2 weeks. This device will NOT fix your back issues at 💯, but it will get you a lot of relief with all the functionalities of the belt. The battery charges with no issues it comes 3/4 charged and has a 2 year warranty on the belt. Can’t beat that warranty! I weigh about 105 lbs I didn’t even need to use the side pullers to tighten belt. It does come with an extension if needed. It’s made with super quality and has a fantastic tighteness that holds it perfectly. Don’t hesitate you won’t be disappointed.

Awesome massage belt. The fit is easy, feels good to the touch, comfortable. Buttons are simple, it has the required options in vibration and combinations between heat, vibration and might intensity. Charging takes quite a while but you can have 5 * 15-minute sessions against a full charge. I like the combination L4 for light intensity and L2 vibration for recovery/inflammation and heat 50C + L2 vibration for relaxation. L4 vibration is good in the morning.
