Beautiful but annoying.
This is supposed to be a calming stress relief breathing tool, but it actually causes me anxiety. Breathing necklaces are supposed to calm you by controlling your breathing through directing your breath slowly through the small tube. They are also usually supposed to be silent.This is supposed to have some sort of noise that is a MHz sound wave thats supposed to be calming but in reality just sounds like a dog whistle you can hear. It’s not good and it sets my nerves on edge.It’s disappointing cause it’s actually quite beautiful. My advice to manufacturers of this sort of item is keep it simple. Don’t try to get fancy.

Pretty Whistle With Iridescent Base, More In Line With A Safety Whistle
This whistle has a nice finish and comes with a pretty chain to wear around your neck. I got the ‘colorful’ one and I like the iridescent colors at the base of the whistle. That being said, I don’t believe this whistle is very good for what it was intended for. It is supposed to be something relaxing while you blow on it with a ‘healing’ sound. This whistle has a loud piercing sound more in line with a safety whistle to get peoples attention. It is small enough to be portable and either wear it or carry it. I plan to put this in my purse for emergencies since it will take up little space and be accessible when I need it. This is prettier than the plastic safety whistles or large metal ones.

Not relaxing
This is a decent whistle, but it’s not very relaxing. In fact, it’s not relaxing at all. The whistle is rather loud, even when I barely blow into it. I wouldn’t use it indoors or in public. The sound isn’t too pleasant. I like the multicolored finish of the holder and that the whistle can be removed. It stays in place via a magnet. The necklace is long enough to use it while wearing it. It’s a nice looking accessory. I’m planning to use it as a dog whistle since it won’t work for relaxation or stress relief. The value is fair. I wouldn’t get it again, but I am going to keep it.
