Why is there so much Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) in the formula? It says over 11,000% of the recommended daily value.
Riboflavin is an essential vitamin for cellular and overall health, and is commonly available at higher levels than what’s contained in our formula. As a water soluble vitamin, any excess unabsorbed Riboflavin is safely excreted through urine.
Is it normal that my urine is a brighter yellow after taking this supplement?
It is common for supplements containing Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) to have this effect. The yellow color is a result of excess Riboflavin being safely excreted through urine. Always consult a health professional before taking any new supplement.

Celly Mitochondrial Health Supplements
My husband and I are both over 60. That said, I have made our health/wellness care my number one priority. We take supplements that repair on the cellular/mitochondrial level in an effort to stay as strong/healthy for as long as possible. It is a mitochondrial health and longevity supplement for cellular nutrition and healthy aging. It promotes mitochondrial ATP energy. It is also made right here in the USA and is 3rd Party Tested. Noticeable Boost in Energy and Recovery
As someone who’s always looking for ways to improve my energy and recovery (and lately am more focused on long-term cell health), I’m really excited about Celly for two reasons. First – since taking this – I’ve felt sustained energy throughout the day and overall I just feel like my body is performing at a higher level. Second – and more importantly – Celly’s Mitochondrial Health formula includes high doses of riboflavin and resveratrol, which are two research-backed ingredients that I am super excited about. Excited to see where this product and brand goes!

Did it help my energy? Maybe a bit. Did it help my metabolism? I can’t tell.I like to try out different supplements especially ones that claim to help with energy or gut health. This one claimed to help with energy and metabolism which is related to gut health.The capsule themselves were easy to take. They are kind of big, but that is normal with this kind of supplement. There were no weird aftertastes and I didn’t experience any upset stomach or anything like that.I took the entire month supply and after finishing the bottle, I don’t think I personally noticed enough of a difference with and then without to want to order it again to replenish.

Great Product, Great Price!
I turned 60 and have been looking at ways to maintain my cellular health. This interested me because it has a combination of ingredients that specifically target the mitochondria which are at the root of most age related diseases. I use supplements to help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to help you know the company and product better so you can determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out.This bottle comes about 75% full.If used as directed it will last one month.The expiration date on mine is Oct 2026.The capsules have almost no scent or taste, and are easy to swallow with water.I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. This says non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party lab tested, and made in the USA.I look into the supplement companies I use because I’ve come across so many questionable ones. The bottle says to learn more at getcelly.co but that is just the Amazon store and there is no additional information there, just more products you can buy. So no website with information or a phone number, and there is not a phone number on the bottle. There is an email, and I sent an inquiry there but haven’t heard back yet. The only information I can find about Celly and their products is the trademark application filed last October.Everything looks good here, but without the ability to verify information on sourcing, manufacturing, testing, or even the company, I won’t recommend or use this product. If I hear back and get some additional information I will update here.Thank you for reading, I hope it was helpful.UPDATE: I received a reply to my email that the site was undergoing maintenance for a couple days last week. The getcelly site (dot co, not com) is now functional. It is very basic, with more or less the same information on the bottle, along with product sales and a few articles. I like to see a phone number, or at least a chat feature on a website. This doesn’t even have a Contact page form, just an email link, which I did get a response from.
