This is not only a great product, but the customer service is first class! I’ve been using the leg massager every single night for the past couple of years. I’ve got MS and peripheral neuropathy in my feet. Before I started using the leg massager, my legs, ankles and feet would swell up, due to inactivity and inability to exercise. Now, they no longer swell, and make my feet feel so much better at night so I’m able to sleep.I frequently recommend these on my various Facebook groups, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who has circulation issues due to inactivity.Now let me tell you about their customer service. The controller on my leg massager started having problems a couple of weeks ago. I sent an email to Cincom asking if they could tell me if there was a way to figure out what the problem was. I immediately got a response from Claire on their After Sales team. She asked me to send a video of the controller showing the problem, which I did. The next day I got a response saying the controller seemed to be bad and they were going to send me a new one!! Unfortunately, since I’m in Mexico, they weren’t able to do that, but did send me the link to the controller on. Amazon and said they would arrange a refund for the purchase.I ordered a new controller, it arrived a couple of days ago, I sent Claire the order information yesterday, and this morning I got an email from Amazon and Claire letting me know that the refund has been issued.Now that, my friends, is what I call fabulous customer service. I love my Cincom leg massager (I call them my “robo legs”), and urge you to give them a a try too.

I like these a lot. Very good quality. Can control intensity. Good at reducing ankle and lower leg swelling. Overall, I like these very much.The only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is because it’s noisy. I have to turn the remote control over and tuck it down between my leg and the cushion to muffle the sound. This muffles the sound good, but after awhile I noticed the remote warms up a bit. (It automatically shuts off after 20 mins, but i keep turning them back on over and over – so it does take some time for the remote to get warm.)
