The shape of this massager doesn’t match the neck or back curve. It presses too hard on bony areas and leaves gaps on muscles, causing discomfort instead of relief. Using it is more painful than relaxing—terrible ergonomics.

It’s ok. The massagers don’t move up and down it’s just in one spot. So you’ll have to move the piece according to where you want to feel the massage. Otherwise it’s an ok product.

However, I’m giving it less than five stars because the massage area is quite narrow. If it were wider or adjustable, I believe it would offer even more relief. Overall, it’s a helpful product, but a design improvement could make it even better.
