24″ x 16″ — SIZED FOR REAL LIFE: Use it under your feet at a desk, beside a chair, or at the bedside. Conductive carbon surface with non-slip rubber backing keeps the mat in place on hard floors, carpet, or under a desk chair. Wipes clean with a damp cloth. 1.1 lb — rolls up when not in use.
15 FT CORD — REQUIRES A GROUNDED OUTLET: Connects to any properly grounded 3-prong outlet via the included cord. Most U.S. homes built after the early 1960s qualify; older homes and rentals may not. If you are unsure, have a qualified electrician verify before use. Without a proper ground, the mat cannot function as intended.

Love this mat!
I have loved using Hot Haven’s grounding mat so far! I have had it at my bedside. It’s been a great stress reliever to wake up and have some grounding time to start the day and also to wind down before bed! I feel so much more relaxed and clear minded and find myself using it periodically throughout the day, especially on busy days where its more difficult to get time outside. I am also a full time student, so I am excited to use it at my desk during busier homework/study days this year! It’s great quality and the perfect size, I love that it’s so portable!

This mat is great!
I feel that this grounding mat is helping my feet and legs as they don’t seem to hurt as much anymore. I am diabetic and use it on my bed and under my feet when I’m sleeping. The slight tingling that I feel when I first put my feet on it, makes me confident that it is working.

Not what I was hoping for, but…
Edited to add: while the product did not work for me, I have to say their customer service is stellar. They contacted me to see if they could help in any way. If you find this type of product works for you, I’d recommend this seller. Their mat really is beautifully made,I really wanted this to work for me. A friend had told me she tried one (not this one), and said she never felt better, so I figured I’d give it a shot. Unfortunately, I had no benefits from it. I believe a product like this is the type of thing that is subjective. It’s such a passive item that you really can’t tell by using it whether it works or not, unless or until you feel relief from pain, or sleep better, or what ever it claims it will do. Then who is to say that it’s from the mat, or because you believe it’s from the mat. ??For those that believe it works, I think that’s great. I will say this product is very well made, and I’m disappointed it didn’t work for me. My husband tried it too with the same results, so not just me.
