Quality May Not be so Consistent
So I have only tried this product twice before in 2023 and both bottles were very different to the newest batch from this year. And so far I have appreciated the quality of these herbs. Now, however, I seem to be speculating about the quality.I am hoping to be wrong but figured I would note it here. It appears the batches from last year were darker in color and stronger in odor compared to the 2024 bottle. I am open to the possibility to how the color and odor may tend to change as the herbs inside age with time and exposure to the air.The effectiveness when taking it so far has not been very promising as it feels like the effects have been diluted a bit. Not a lot but I notice I just have to take a higher amount to gain those same lasting effects.

I figure, everything starts at the cellular level, so making that more efficient seems like a good idea to me. Also I’ve read about how shilajeet helps our bodies absorb more nutrition from our food.
