Works better than anticipated
I’ve been taking melatonin pretty frequently for years and I feel like it’s just never really working these days. I tried this, and I feel like I stay in a deep sleep longer, wake up a little groggy, but it soon goes away, and I feel more awake and alert than with normal melatonin. I think it’s worth paying a little more for the results.

This sleep supplement has been a game changer to aid in proper sleep nightly. Now, waking up at 3 am is very infrequent and there is little to no residual drowsiness that one may encounter with some sleep supplements.

It works!
This is the 4th product I have tried to help with the interrupted sleep I’ve been getting through perimenopause. And I’ve found something that finally works! The last two nights I’ve slept all the way up to my alarm! I think the timed release of this gets me through my what had become by 3am wake up. I feel refreshed and not groggy.

Great product. Terrible packaging, difficult and wasteful!
Love the product,,hate the wasteful packaging. I’ve always purchased this in a glass bottle except for this last order! Such a disappointment, the tabs are hard to open and there is a lot of waste. I took the time to open all of them and put them in a bottle. I wish the manufacturer would return the bottle option.
