It works like it says. When you put it on, it pulls you up and your shoulders back. Now realistically, unless you are toned/not have baby fat from labor, you cannot wear this all day if you are on the chubby side like I am right now. It kind of digs into my fat by the armpits…. I recommend wearing it 2 hours a day like it says to do. A few hours of wear of fine and feels comfortable! When you move around a lot and are chubbier, not so much for a long day wearer. 4 stars. Having some neck pain and can’t wear it right now due to injury of something else.. would be 5 stars if I was 1. I shape. And 2. Didn’t have neck pain 3. Could wear it for longer periods of time for best results.

Helping my 64 Year Old Spine!
Wow, this is an amazing brace. I have neck and upper spine pain, probably from degeneration (I am 64 yo). I wore this yesterday for 90 minutes and my pain practically disappeared. And I am wearing it again this morning for about 2 hours.One thing it does is make me much more aware of how I am holding myself while not wearing it. I have slumped my shoulders forward for years because it was less painful to hold myself that way. But now that I am thinking about it, pulling my shoulders back and standing straighter actually feels better but takes work.The brace was quite hard to put on at first. The sides were connected and it felt too small, but when I removed the sides and then adjusted the back portion, I was able to reattach the sides tight again and it fit well.

The NLNYCT 2 in 1 back support and posture corrector is exactly what I have been looking for. I had a severe car accident three years ago and continued to have pain that runs along my scapula down my arm. This particular product appears to have better support than the others I have tried.I plan on following the suggested timeframe starting slowly and increasing wear over the next few months.It is very comfortable yet provides firm support
