Great product (1000W 200 LED RED/IR LIGHT THERAPY PANEL) and excellent customer support
After doing a lot of research on these panels, I found out that there are similar panels on Amazon for slightly more money and then higher powered panels off of Amazon for a lot more money, like double. But in the end what really matters is how far away you are from the light for what you want to accomplish. If your goal is for the IR light to penetrate your bones or joints for arthritis, then with this unit you will want to stand 3 inches away. Or you could buy a more expensive and more powerful unit and stand 6 inches away. But the super powerful/expensive units have a drawback, they are too powerful for what most people use this for, ATP energy generation, skin improvements, sleep and mood improvements. workout recovery, being out of the sun living inside with white/blue lighting, ect. So for that too much power is bad with a mega powerful panel you need to stand 12-24 inches away, with this panel 6-12 inches away is optimal. Because for most effective and safe dose you want between 20 and 80 mw/cm2. This unit delivers similiar to the sun, and there is no reason to go over that or overdo it. Too much actually makes it work less. Optimal treatment is 5-20 minutes every day or every other day per area covered. The benefit of those super powerful panels is a shorter exposure time of 2-5 minutes per body part (superficial vs. deep). That is why I would recommend going with the larger panel even if not as powerful, because with the larger panel you are going to need to do four 5 minute sessions to cover all your body. If you get a smaller stronger panel you will need to do eight 2.5 minute sessions to cover your entire body. And this involves moving the pulley many times and is annoying, even with the great timer on this unit. My advice is get as large a panel as you can and stand 3 inches away for deep penetration or 6-12 inches away for skin and health benefits. This unit gets warm like the sun at 3-6 inches and mimics it. It is also very well constructed and heavy duty. The only thing I thought could be better was the manual was very small and didn’t show the pulley hanging assembly instructions at all. So I message the seller and he quickly replied, even with photos on how to do it. But it was actually so easy I figured it out before I got the response! I also searched and watched a YouTube video showing how to set up and work the pulley systems on these door hanging panels. It was also nice that it came with protective goggles. This is a controversy because some studies show that a little red light actually improves vision. But this is A LOT of red light, so I would always wear the goggles, and even with them you still can see the bright light (as they let about 2% of the light in), so close your eyes if you want, but it is not needed. Overall I highly recommend this panel and seller and would only buy a more powerful and expensive unit if money was no object. If that was the case for me, I would actually buy 4 of them and put two stacked in front of me and 2 stacked in back of me and not need a pulley system (as it would be 6 feet tall) and cut my 20 minute routine down to 5 minutes for entire body. Also, if you are someone who just has a small area you want treated like a bad knee, ankle, or just want facial clearer skin, more collagen, and less wrinkles and are not interested in full body, then their smaller unit is far more affordable and the way to go. If you are looking for the deepest penetrating IR for joint or arthritis pain, then you should be looking for an even smaller higher than 160 mw/cm2 at 3 inch device to place near those areas. All those LED lighted wraps are not powerful or effective, junk. If you are spending the money you need to have enough power for what you want to do, and this unit has it. But if you are a large person that needs deep penetration, it will be hard for this unit unless you are an inch away, in that case you should probably look for the most power mw/cm2 you can afford, and make sure it is at the same distance measured, as manufacturers will try to trick you saying the panel is 160 mw/cm2, but that is at 0 inches, not 6 inches which is the usual operating use. This unit is 80 mw/cm2 at 6 inches, which should be perfect for all but the larger people who need deep penetrating arthritis help. This penetrates a few centimeters into you, and for most people, their knee cap, ankle, wrist, or elbow is less than a few centimeters from their skin. If you have extra fat around these areas making it more than a few centimeters, that is when you need to buy the most powerful units. For the rest of us, this is a great unit at a great price.

I bought this because I had a surgery scheduled and wanted healing help then regular use. Impression 1) No instructions on how to use anything included.2) Booklet is not correct English BIG HINT3) Timer on THIS unit offIt’s either 20min default or 14:46 sec 9:46secOr 4:46sec. That is NOT 15 10 or 5 minutes. And the up & down timer button is hit or miss. I expected moreI for $500 but maybe got a bad unit. It does seem pretty solidly made.UPDATE contining to try & use has more flaws with flickering on & off and no full time amount to use for setting, the cord is solid & fits snug so not sure what happened to this. Shipping can be rough. After some back & forth and just deciding to buy the $100 less one & return, the company kindly followed through on a refund. I will note we have 1 spa here with a Novothor full body bed that I used regularly before this & heat isnt the same( not laying on it) but the normal Energy boost I get from the dual setting is similar so I do believe this is what it says it is.

It absolutely WORKS
I built/ designed my own rigging system so the lamp can be lowered 3-6 inches above the area to be treated. This lamp was exactly what I needed for my post workout recovery chamber.We use it in combination with a bio-mat we also ordered from Amazon.Pay a bit more for both, trust me. It’s worth it.

I looked for a long time at many brands. I bought the 1000w one with 200 LEDs and could not be more happy. I did buy the stand for about $269.00 dollars and that is a game changer. I can move the panel around and tilt it to get all the area I want. it has helped with so many things my wife also loves and and my family wants to some over and use it. Buy it and you wont regret it but to get the best out of it get the stand that allows it to hang over you while you lay down.
