This Fun Jewels Rose Gold Mood Ring is a lovely piece of costume jewelry, but it does not in fact change color with your mood; it changes color with your temperature. So if you’re always cold or naturally hot, know that the color of the crystal gem will always be the same. My skin tends to run cold, so my ring is always the same shade of blue. It defeats the purpose of the ring a bit, since I was hoping to have one ring with a gem that is different colors. However, I already knew this is how mood rings work so i’m not surprised.That being said, the ring is lovely. The band is a great thickness, not too cumbersome but still feels sturdy. It’s perfectly sized – i’m a true size 7 and this one is right on the money. The gem setting is simple and chic and looks good on my hand. It’s a nice piece of costume jewelry but if you’re looking for a ring that is always changing colors, this may not work how you want it to.

Way better than I expected
It’s so much better than I expected! It changes color often, which is fun, but the facets make it so there are SO many colors visible. My hands were kinda cold when I made the video. It looks like magic in real life. VERY distracting. I’m having trouble concentrating at work lol. Idk how long it will last- I will one thousand percent forget to take it off before I shower, but so far it’s survived one just fine.
