Convenient, relaxing, healthy.
Compact, lightweight (my favorite criteria), and gives you a great foot massage according to some well-established principles. Very intuitive, easy to use, and feels great!

Great overall
It’s my first day of using it, but so far I love it! It’s just the right hardness. The bumps are hard, but that’s what acupressure is about. I wish it was offered in bigger size too but I still love it. Now I’ll be testing how long it’ll last, and I’ll be using it many times during the day as I have it in front of my kitchen sink so I can stand on it while doing dishes.

Happy with the purchase, does what it says without being Spiked liked some of the other pressure mats.more like rubber nubs. No smell either.

This thing is awesome! I love that it is super firm but not as severe as the ones with plastic stones. It works great! I put it in front of my sink and put a hand towel over it so that I can just throw the towel in the wash every week or so. But my feet have been much happier after spending 15-30 min a day on it (hair, brush teeth, wash face etc while standing on it). Would also be great in front of a kitchen sink. Could be a little bigger though. It’s smaller than a standard hand towel and while that is convenient letting me use one as a cover, it also means I kinda have to focus to make sure I actually stand on it not around it.

Made of chep material but I guess that’s why it didn’t cost much.
Neat idea just made of very cheap material. I don’t see it lasting very long. I thought it was made of silicone but it’s clearly Styrofoam or something along those lines. True to size and fairly cheap, price wise.

✅I am glad I got this! I felt major improvement in my back! i stand up and work sometimes and this was a game changer. I have to admit I have to put a plush blanket on top like the one found here (https://amzn.to/3GOlaix) and oh my! I can still feel the pressure points but it’s not uncomfortable! Hope this helps!
