How many capsules of Myo & D-Chiro Inositol should I take each day?

Our recommended serving is 4-8 capsules per day, or 2000-4000 mg Myo-Inositol and 50-100 mg D-Chiro Inositol, but some of our customers use more or less than this depending on their doctor’s instructions.
