Getting a massive 14 in 1 blend that also includes trans resveratrol and PQQ makes this a highly budget friendly alternative to buying all of those bottles separately.The 60 count bottle provides a full 30 day supply of capsules. This order arrived with a bottle of 6 magnesium complex pills. 💊 the box was triple sealed with a wrapping outside the box, then one around the lid, then another under the lid. And the bottle is within the expiration date. I ordered these for my daughter and myself to aid with issues like digestion, stress, and more restful sleep. My daughter and I both take them at night. I’m a fan of magnesium as a natural remedy for the things I’ve mentioned for myself but in moderation it is helpful for so much more. I am happy with these so far. I haven’t had any adverse reaction. Their fresh. Price was good. I’d buy these again.

Great value!
This supplement is so good. It has fantastic ingredients even apart from magnesium, which in itself is something everyone should take. About two years ago I started to take NAD+ and NMN (NMN is the precursor to NAD*) due to its anti-aging benefits (both internal and external. This has 500 mg of NMN, which is a great starting point. I’m also happy with the trans-resveratrol in these. The pills are the usual supplement size and are easy to swallow (for me anyway, as I’m used to it), and there’s no taste or aftertaste. You get a 30 day supply and the price is actually really good for what you get. Separately this would cost much more. This is a great value and I highly recommend!
