Improved my digestive health a lot
I took a chance and decided to start a probiotic for 2026. I had heard about them but didn’t really think it applied to me since I do eat a pretty healthy diet with yogurt 3-4x a week. I chose Dr. Berg because I take his other supplements so I know the quality is good. After the first week WOW I cant tell you how great I felt. Not only did it regulate my digestive tract, including using the toliet, I also lost about 3-4 lbs and it was noticeable by other people. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking to start a probiotic supplement.

Seems to work and easy on the gut – tons of bacteria cultures
Excellent product i noticed the difference after only a few days so far so good. One of the few I can tolerate. The herbs in it feel easy on the gut too. As someone who is dealing with candida and previously SIBO, and MCAS, dysautonomia and a slew of other problems, this is a good product for me. I take it in the morning with or after breakfast. I hope that on my next GI map it will show that lactobacillus cultures have increased. I would think so!
